Our medical case managers collaborate with the injured worker, employer, insurance adjuster, attorneys, and treating providers to ensure that the injured worker is receiving the most effective and personalized care possible. This includes attending appointments and communicating updates, coordinating in- and out-patient care, and advocating for a speedy return to work. Our medical case managers are dedicated to keeping the rehabilitation team informed and in control of workers’ compensation claims.
Anna has been working in the field of workers’ compensation for almost a decade. She got her start in case management administration, and most recently comes from an orthopedic practice. Her myriad experience has given her multiple perspectives of the claims process, making her an excellent liaison among injured workers, medical professionals, and claims administrators.
