Our vocational rehabilitation case managers collaborate with injured workers at all stages of their claims. The case manager may conduct a vocational skills assessment, one-on-one job placement, and/or job search/marketing verification reports and analyses. Additionally, our vocational case managers conduct labor market surveys to assess the job market and provide a wage-earning capacity in the event that an injured worker cannot return to the job of injury. Case managers will also provide testimony in litigated cases.
Ariel has extensive experience in behavioral health and claims management, as well as a decade in vocational case management. Her diverse background gives her a unique perspective on the needs of clients and injured workers.
